1. Scope of this draft
This document concerns the informational Seseko corporate website only. It does not cover future Marketplace, Account or other product services. It is not a final privacy policy.
2. Current website functionality
This implementation has no account registration, payment processing, contact submission, customer database or analytics integration. It does not intentionally set tracking cookies or include advertising trackers. Browser requests are still needed to load pages and local assets.
3. Hosting and technical information
A hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, request times and browser details, in server or security logs. The actual hosting provider, purposes, retention periods and any international transfers must be assessed before deployment. This draft does not assert that hosting collects no data.
4. Rights and contact information
The responsible legal entity, applicable privacy framework and verified privacy contact have not been finalized in this document. Applicable rights and the process for exercising them must be specified during legal review.
5. Before any future launch
Any introduction of accounts, transactions, support forms, analytics or other personal-data processing requires a new assessment and an appropriate updated privacy notice before that functionality is enabled.
